Virginia DUI Physical Control Case – June 30 – 2009 : DUIAttorney.com: “And just when the reader (the the edge of their seat, I’m sure) thinks that the appeals court is going to at least thrown the defendant in this case a bone… nope, not in this Virginia DUI case.”

This is the trend in many states… basically, if you are drunk and behind the wheel, it doesn’t matter if you are not driving, and in fact it doesn’t matter if you are not even conscious.
